The Railway Recruitment Board will announce the exam date soon for the Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) for both levels. Individuals need to know that the Stage 1 Exam is likely to be administered in March and April 2025, although official confirmation from the RRB is still awaited.
Individuals who have submitted the application form for the RRB NTPC Graduate and UG levels should know that the exam will be administered in the CBT mode. The first stage of the selection process for CEN 05 and CEN 06 is likely to be held separately; individuals who have applied are recommended to stay tuned to check more details about it.
There are a total number of 11,558 NTPC vacancies in the Indian Railways, out of which, 8,113 and 3,445 for Graduate and Undergraduate Level, respectively. Those who have submitted the application form against these positions are in lakhs, and now all they are eagerly waiting for is the announcement of the examination date.
RRB NTPC Exam Date 2025
The window for the application form submission for the RRB CEN 05/2024 and RRB CEN 06/2024 was available on the official website from 14 September to 20 October 2024, and 21 September to 27 October 2024, respectively. It is going to be followed by the Application Status, and the exam date will be announced by the authorities.

Individuals who have applied for the NTPC posts for the Graduate and UG Level should know that the exam is going to be administered on different dates. The application status for the RRB NTPC Exam 2025 will be released under the candidate’s login on the official website at https://rrbapply.gov.in/. RRB NTPC City Intimation Slip 2025
The city intimation slip for the RRB NTPC 2025 will be released on the official website under the candidate’s login for all the applicants. Individuals who have applied should know that it will be accessible using the Registration Number and Date of Birth. Individuals will be able to access it and check their CBT-1 Exam Date and Venue.

RRB NTPC Admit Card 2025
The admit card for the RRB NTPC Exam 2024-25 will be released on the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board four days before the exam date; individuals who have submitted the application form on or before the deadline will be able to access this document by providing their Registration Number and Date of Birth.
By accessing this document aspirants will be able to check the exam date, venue, timing, duration, mode and many more other details. It is one of the required documents without which not a single individual will be allowed inside the examination hall, after its release, a direct link to download the same will be also made available above for convenience.
RRB NTPC Exam Pattern 2025
The RRB NTPC CBT-1 is all set to be administered in the Computer-Based Test mode, a total number of 100 MCQs will be asked from different sections. Out of total questions, 30, 30 and 40 MCQs will be asked from Mathematics, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Awareness, respectively.
Each question in the RRB NTPC Computer-Based Test (1) will be of 1 mark, and incase of incorrect response, ⅓ mark will be deducted. To touch all MCQs, each and every single individual will get an exam time duration of 90 minutes, and the medium of exam is going to be English and Hindi or one of the opted regional languages.
