WBPSC IDO Selection Process 2025
The selection process for recruitment of IDO under Directorate of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, West Bengal consists of multiple stages, which are Written Examination and Interview. You may check the details by going through the listed points:
- Written Exam: Candidates who will apply will be called for the Written Exam, which is likely to be administered in the second quarter of 2025. There will be a total number of 100 MCQs of each 1 mark will be asked from General Studies, Mental Ability and Arithmetic. The medium of exam will be English and Bengali, and to touch all MCQs, individuals will get an exam time duration of 90 minutes.
- Interview: Individuals who pass the Written Examination will be called for the Interview, which will be administered face-to-face. There is high speculation that it will be held within four to six weeks after the release of the result for the first stage.
